I did some significant research in preparation for this blog post on the two Pages that attempted to run ads from my account, and I discovered a vast number of hacked Facebook Pages with scam posts, many of which are/were running scam ads as well. All Pages have a variation on the names.
how to hack in my own facebook account
My good friend, live video expert Molly Mahoney experienced a very similar Business Manager hacking last month where the scammers were somehow able to add themselves to her account. Then, they quickly racked up a whopping $20,000 USD in scam ads before she knew it.
And, right around the same time period, fellow social influencer Adryenn Ashley had a big hacking experience. The bad actors took control of a large number of Facebook Pages she administers, including her own blue-check verified public figure Page, which she has still been unable to regain control of, despite following all the steps and speaking with her Facebook reps. ?
NOTE: if your Ad Account has been compromised, you may want to immediately contact your credit card company, bank, PayPal etc. to alert them of the breach and potentially cancel the card/payment method as appropriate. Especially if you are no longer able to access the full Business Settings in your Facebook account.
Of course, it goes without saying that if you have a Facebook Account Rep/contact that can help you with any issues regarding a hacked account, then for sure reach out to them immediately. Nonetheless, you may also need to follow several of the steps detailed here anyway if your person is unable to resolve the issue for you.
Also, ask a few friends if they could please check your profile on Facebook and see if your name or profile picture has been changed. And if the hacker has made any posts on your wall. Ask these friends to report your profile as a hacked account.
Sorry for shouting, but this is the #1 best way to prevent hacking in the first place. That is, hacking of your personal profile or Business Manager or business Page. EVERY single person and partner in your Business Manager, and Admin on your Page, *must* have 2FA enabled.
Have you been looking for ages for a workable solution on how to monitor a Facebook account in just a few clicks without the minesweeper-level strategy? Then this one is for you. One way of getting into their account is to use a superb monitoring tool, such as mSpy.
If you know that the person whose account you want to hack is gullible, naive, or inattentive enough, sending them a phishing email might be another option to consider. Phishing means impersonating some organization or person and is a type of online scam that is still quite popular.
At first i never believed spying really works but you know the saying when you get into a situation then you get to believe it happens, i just had to try mSpy to help me with hacking services, and they did a good job
The javascript is pretty straightforward but it is not working because facebook ID system has changed. I tried it in a google chrome browser, something weird happens: the moment i clicked enter the whole line of command just disappeared and nothing is happening.
Ppl have done this to me and stole money off my Online accounts I would like to know how can I keep this from happening if someone does get onto my phone, how could I check if this app has been installed if it runs silently in the background?
Should Facebook notice strange activity on your account, it may try to protect you and lock your account. You can take steps to unlock the account, but do it within a year. After that, the company might delete it.
The good news: You have more control than you might think when it comes to preventing your account from falling into the wrong hands, says Cleary. Take these steps to limit the chance that your account will be hacked.
Usually, the hack is obvious. Your profile might start posting ads on your friends' walls encouraging them to buy a pair of knock-off Ray-Bans, or something similar. Your hacked Facebook account might also send unwanted emails, change your profile information, or even change your email address and password. These are all bad scenarios and things you'll want to avoid.
Another common Facebook hack sends messages over Messenger to your friends, encouraging them to click on a link. When they do, usually their account will get hacked too. Not only are hacked accounts dangerous for you, but they can put your family and friends at risk too.
The Fix: If you do find a discrepancy with where you've logged in to Facebook, you can easily end the activity of that session, which should help safeguard you from any hacking attempt on that device. You can also log out of all sessions to be safe.
There's another way to check whether someone has hacked your Facebook account, and that's by checking your purchase history. If you have a credit card stored on your account, it's possible that hackers could make fraudulent purchases and drive up your bill.
To ensure you're protected, go to Settings and Privacy > Settings > Orders and payments, and check under your activity here, which should be readily displayed. You can even check your Ads Payments section to see if a hacker purchased ads.
The Fix: If you notice any fraudulent charges, you can inform Facebook Support about them. The company is pretty good with replying to concerns, whether that's through the Facebook account or through its official Twitter account.
The Fix: You can contact Facebook through its official Twitter account or you can send a message using your Support Inbox. You can find yours by going to Settings > Support Inbox.
Before we get into fixing your Facebook account, it's best to know how to prevent would-be hackers from accessing your account. Setting a better password, avoiding spam, and increasing your privacy are just a few methods that could help safeguard your Facebook.
You should also avoid any messages claiming to be your friends trying to get their accounts fixed, as this is another common hack. Here, a hacker will send you a link when pretending to be a friend, and the link will end up stealing your information instead. You should also avoid sending anyone a Facebook text message code or one-time PIN (OTP).
You should also avoid fake websites that are made to look like Facebook and could steal your sensitive information. If you enter your login details into such a site, your Facebook account will be hacked in seconds.
In terms of your Facebook account's security, making the changes limits the number of comments you receive and restricts them to the people you trust most. This makes you less likely to click on a link from someone masquerading as your friend.
And remember, while nothing is ever 100 percent protected, Facebook offers lots of ways to safeguard your account. Doing so means that hackers will be hard-pressed to obtain your data or personal information. By taking the necessary security precautions, you're ensuring that you're as protected as possible.
When your account is cloned, someone on Facebook is pretending to be you. But when your account is hacked, someone is actually using your Facebook account to be you. Though cloning is more common, you should check to be sure no one has access to your account. Here's how to check if your Facebook account has been hacked:

I have a different situation. Someone by a totally different name is using my email and phone number for their account. If I log out of my account and go back in and type in my username and password it takes me to their account and not my original?? What is that and how do I fix it?
Email is a unique identifier in Facebook, so there is no way for two accounts to be sharing the same email address. If you try to create a new account using an email address already in use, it will simply take you into account recovery mode.
We have an article that walks you through the steps to delete an old Facebook account. Though if it has been hacked, you may no longer be able to access it, in which case you will need to recover your hacked Facebook account first. If your account has been cloned, deleting your real account is probably a bad idea, because then only the cloned account will be out there. Instead, report the cloned account and get that removed first.
My account was hacked several weeks ago. The person was able to change my email address to his and he changed my name on my facebook profile and made it his name. All of my friends can see his name under my picture and it is creepy. I tried to report this with no help. I created a new page and now that has been disabled. I know it is tied to the hacking. How can I get around this?

Note that if you use the same login for your business and personal Facebook accounts, it also means your personal login credentials were compromised. So it is imperative that you change your password and, ideally, turn on two-factor authentication.
However, having your Facebook account hacked is actually not that uncommon. There are many reasons why someone might want to gain access to your Facebook account. While stealing your personal information like your passwords and other credentials is one major motivation, forcing your Facebook account to share spam with your friends online is another. 2ff7e9595c
